It was confirmed a few days ago that futurama is coming back in episodic form in 2010. Fox just ordered 26 episodes. Futurama = greatest animated series ever.

Well, there were futurama movies which were sliced into episodes and shown on comedy central. That happened last year... Maybe thats what you were thinking of.

last time i made a Futurama topic it died quickly. i predicted that going to Comedy Central would usher in at least 2 news seasons of the show because bringing
that show back just for 1 season would be stupid.
